Our skilled investigators perform detailed observation, closely monitor, and follow subject movement to provide video recordings of the subject’s public activity.
Surveillance – Preliminary
Activities Check
Remote Observational Camera (ROC) Surveillance
When the presence of an investigator would cause suspicion, remote cameras are optimal. An environmental assessment is performed before cameras are placed. This option is effective when the time and location are appropriate.
Investigative Interviews
Interviews
On-site or online recorded interviews with subject, employer(s) & witness(es), to document details of environment, sequence of events and other relevant details related to the matter. Virtual option available.
AOE / COE Investigations
Obtain statements, identify involved parties. Establish details of work-related incident, sequence of events, details of incident environment, credibility of those involved, and other relevant facts required to make an AOE / COE determination, including subrogation potential.
Alive & Well Check
Performed on specified basis to document subject’s or beneficiar(ies)’ health, medical treatment, next doctor’s visit, employment, disability status, home environment, and restrictions. Virtual option available.
Subrogation Investigation
When a third party contributed to the cause of the claim, subrogation may be an option for recuperation of claims related costs. Field investigations, interviews, record retrieval, and evidence collection.
Clinic Inspection
Verify existence of subject’s medical facilities, provider credentials, visit frequency and ID of personnel. Inspection includes photographs the clinic and, when feasible, documentation of equipment present at facility.
Scene Investigation
Gather details regarding the location and surrounding area where the incident occurred. Understand potential causes or contributing factors. Determine if guidelines, policy, and proper use of equipment were adhered to.
Post-Investigation – Interview
In-person or virtual meeting with the subject focused on current condition and physical activities. Interview is specifically crafted utilizing results gathered during prior investigations to explore contradictions.
Post-Investigation – MPVR
In-person or virtual meeting with injured worker’s medical provider to review surveillance footage to determine if claimant’s activities contradicts restrictions.

Social-Med Check
Consists of a social media investigation paired with a medical or pharmacy canvass. This investigative bundle provides insight into a subject’s character, by revealing their online persona, and a holistic view of their treatment history.

Our technology and trained experts mine relevant data across various channels; searches for relevant posts about incident and identify potential witnesses. Define geographic areas to filter posts at a specified time frame.
Social Media Monitoring
Standard package with monthly social media tracking. Recurring searches for subject’s social media profiles and postings after initial Social Media Investigation.
Social Media – Geo
Also known as Geo-Media or Geo-Fencing; searches for relevant social media posts about incident and identify potential witnesses. Defined geographic areas to filter posts at a specified time frame.
Medical Canvass
Determine if claimant has received treatment in a medical facility, may establish if subject has a prior history of injuries.
Medical Canvass – Pharmacy
Obtain dates claimant received prescriptions, including address and telephone number for each prescribing pharmacy.
Vehicle Sighting
License plate tracking as vehicle moves in public. Sightings obtained from traffic, street / highway cameras, as well as patrol vehicles. Results vary by location. Reports available for last 30, 60, 90 days.
Work Check
Establish employment history, includes address history, employment records, prior WC claims, civil records, social media search, professional licenses, business and corporation records.
Asset Search
Includes address history, real estate ownership, personal property ownership, civil judgments, liens, bankruptcy, vehicle, boat, aircraft, business ownership affiliations, and income indicators. Desktop only search available.
Locate
Utilizing a variety of sources to attempt to verify a subject’s most recent address. May include field work to gather information not available through database research and other means. Skip Trace also available.
Record Retrieval
Secure medical records, court documents and other agency records. Acquire physical evidence often used at trial, for documentation, and historical reference.
Process Service
Procedure by which a party to a lawsuit gives an appropriate notice of initial legal action to another party.
