Investigative Interviews
Interviews
On-site or online recorded interviews with subject, employer(s) & witness(es), to document details of environment, sequence of events and other relevant details related to the matter. Virtual option available.
AOE / COE Investigation
Obtain statements, identify involved parties. Establish details of work-related incident, sequence of events, details of incident environment, credibility of those involved, and other relevant facts required to make an AOE / COE determination, including subrogation potential.
Alive & Well Check
Performed on specified basis to document subject’s or beneficiar(ies)’ health, medical treatment, next doctor’s visit, employment, disability status, home environment, and restrictions. Virtual option available.

Subrogation Investigation
When a third party contributed to the cause of the claim, subrogation may be an option for recuperation of claims related costs. Field investigations, interviews, record retrieval, and evidence collection.
Clinic Inspection
Verify existence of subject’s medical facilities, provider credentials, visit frequency and ID of personnel. Inspection includes photographs the clinic and, when feasible, documentation of equipment present at facility.
Scene Investigation
Gather details regarding the location and surrounding area where the incident occurred. Understand potential causes or contributing factors. Determine if guidelines, policy, and proper use of equipment were adhered to.
Post-Investigation – Interview
In-person or virtual meeting with the subject focused on current condition and physical activities. Interview is specifically crafted utilizing results gathered during prior investigations to explore contradictions.
Post-Investigation – MPVR
In-person or virtual meeting with injured worker’s medical provider to review surveillance footage to determine if claimant’s activities contradicts restrictions.
