Do the webinars cost anything?
No. All Frasco CE webinars are free to attend.
How long are the webinars?
Each session is 60 minutes.
What do I need to do during the webinar to qualify for CE credit?
Stay logged in for at least 50 minutes and submit at least 3 poll answers during the live session.
How many CE credits can I earn?
Each course qualifies for one (1) hour of claims adjuster continuing education credit and is approved in 18 to 21 states, as listed on the registration page.
How do I supply my adjuster state-license number(s)?
After the training, our credit-processing vendor (the CEU Institute) emails you a link to a short form where you enter your license number(s) for the approved states.
Do I earn more than one CE credit if I attend the same training twice?
No. You can earn one (1) credit per licensed state for a given training during your license renewal period.
What are the rules for earning CE credit?
Attend a live session (virtual or in person), stay present for at least 50 minutes, and submit at least 3 poll answers.
Can I forward my training confirmation email to others so they may attend?
Upon registration, each participant receives a unique Microsoft Teams webinar access link associated with the email address used during registration. Sharing this personalized link with others can result in duplicate attendance records and may affect accurate participant tracking.
To ensure proper attendance reporting and a seamless webinar experience, please share the registration link rather than your personal access link. This allows each attendee to register individually and receive their own unique login credentials and webinar access link.
