This course aims to educate claim professionals on not only the important of insurance claim interviews but also the opportunity those interviews provide to gain a more in depth understanding of the person on the other side of the phone. This won’t be the typical “interviews” class with a reliance on debunked and inaccurate, old-school methodologies. Instead, we will rely on the wisdom and clearly explained, modern techniques from an abundance of highly qualified, world class experts from a variety of fields who’ve broken new ground in the realm of detection deception during interviews.
