Adam McMahan graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He was previously a Loss Prevention Manager at a major retailer for several years, performing internal and external theft investigations as well as overseeing security and loss prevention training. McMahan joined Frasco in 2006 as an Investigations Supervisor then rose through the ranks to Vice President in 2014, managing the departments responsible for claims interviews, workplace investigations, and SIU investigations and compliance. He also holds the CPFI designation and is a licensed private investigator.

How long are the trainings?
Each training is 60 minutes.
How many credits can I earn?
Each course is approved for 1 (one) hour of claims adjuster continuing education credit and approved in 18-21 states that will be listed on the registration page.
Can you host a private training for my team?
Yes, and we can customize 10% of the content based on your requirements. Complete the form below to submit a request.
How do I supply my adjuster state-license number(s)?
Our credit processing vendor, the CEU Institute, will email you following the training and provide a link to a form, for you to enter in your license number(s) for the course approved states.
Do I receive more than one credit if I attend the same training more than once?
You may only earn 1 credit per licensed state for the same training in a calendar year.
What are the rules for earning CE credit?
You must attend a live virtual or in-person training, be present for at least 50 minutes, and have submitted at least 3 poll answers.
Can I forward my training confirmation email to others so they may attend?
Upon registration, each participant receives a personalized login link from Zoom, tied to the email address used during registration. When sharing this unique link, it duplicates your attendance without affecting the attendance of other individuals. For optimal results, provide the registration link or direct invitees to the registration page, allowing them to register using their own credentials.
