Alive & Well Check
We conduct in-person or virtual meetings to document the claimant’s health, medical treatment, and next doctor’s visit. We also verify employment, disability status, home environment, and physical restrictions. Frasco will schedule and conduct Alive and Well Check or Wellness and Status Verification services through in-person or video meetings to ensure accurate claimant wellness verification and status updates.
Ongoing Checks:
Frasco provides alive and well checks on a customizable schedule, including annual, semi-annual, or as-needed basis. For recurring checks, clients will receive a notice every 30 days outlining upcoming checks for the following month. Virtual meetings support continuous claimant monitoring to ensure accuracy in long-term verification.
Scheduled vs. Unannounced Checks:
Clients may choose between scheduled or unannounced checks, depending on their specific needs. Unannounced checks offer an additional layer of verification, ensuring that the claimant’s status aligns with previous reports.
Annual and Semi-Annual Checks:
Recurring visits enable us to document critical aspects such as:
- General health
