Medical / Pharmacy Canvass
Determine if subject received treatment in a medical facility and obtain dates prescriptions received, including addresses and phone numbers of prescribing pharmacies. Up to 12 facilities checked.
*SMI Flat Rate Investigations: Billed in units. Includes all database costs to develop name variations, identify family members and associates, phone numbers, email addresses, screen names and monikers, collection and storage of all video identified from date of loss to present. 3 hours of investigator time to identify and review all online content and develop a final report. Additional units of time may be requested for highly active profiles and/or dates of loss beyond 6 months old.
